1) Do I have to register for buying product?

No, you do not have to register for making a purchase, but it is recommended. You can buy music as a guest and your account will be automatically created after completing the purchase. The randomly generated password will be sent to your email address and you can afterward login to our marketplace and download music or other documents (license or invoice).

2) What information do I have to provide to buy a digital product?

You have to provide standard information as full name, email and postal address during the checkout. When you are resident of the European Union country then you can insert your VAT ID (if you have one, because you are registered as a business in EU). If you are resident of the EU and you do not have VAT ID then VAT is automatically added to your final price.

3) How long is my purchased product valid for download?

We do guarantee that your music will be available to download 72 hours after purchase so for this reason we recommend every customer to download music immediately after purchase. But in most cases, the download is available even after 72 hours.

4) Can I have a refund if I accidentally purchased something?

Unfortunately no. We do not refund in case of accident purchase. Please read our refund rules for more information.

5) I don’t like what I have purchased? Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately no. We do not refund in case that customer does not like the purchase. Every item has live preview which can be listened before the purchase is made. Please read our refund rules for more information

6) I have not received the confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your Spam folder and if an email does not arrive within a couple of hours, please contact us on support@audiopacket.com.
